So today I attempted my second shot at using GE new e-offers program. I loaded my e-offers a couple days ago to make sure they were on my card and headed out to Giant Eagle today. I made a list of all the offers that I had selected and intended to use, I only received 3 of the 6 offers that I was supposed to. You can see them in the picture above of my receipt. When I asked customer service, she gave me that deer in the headlights look that tells me 1. no one has ever questioned the e-offers before and 2. they are totally unaware that there is an issue. I have no idea what the glitch is but as far as I have seen Giant Eagle doesn't seem to be aware of it. (Or care to fix it.) So if you are running out to GE because of e-offers, make sure you have a list of the ones that you are using and that they actually get taken off because they may not. BTW in the photo, they are listed as MC with a 7000 number after it so you will be able to find them on your receipt!
I've used them and haven't had problems. But I printed the ones I "cut" anyways and put the paper in the front of my binder so I don't forget about them.
